My company wants to look at vendors who support enterprise level application data (Yammer, SAP, SharePoint) for cloud backup and or hosting. Reaching out for an unbiased (non sales or re-seller) opinion for what's out there. Anything good or bad?

Well it is hard for me to be Unbiased as I am convienced that Asigra is the best solution hands down for many reasons besides companies the size of a Fedex lets say use it. It is scalable, Redundant, robust and easy to use, all the things a great Backup software should possess along with the highest level of Certification the Government offers Fips 140-2, Data Deuplication on the client side before sending to the cloud and an application called a lan discovery that is the Secrect sauce to Understanding what data is acutally on the network, how old it is, size of and much more. This information allows you to make good informed business decisions on what needs to be restored now Tier 1 critical data and what can be restored later in the recovery process thus allowing you to truly meet your RTO (recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective). So many other providers are focused onthe backup when it is the recovery that really matters
Just my two cents and BTW for clarification I have been using Backup of some form or another since 1979, this does not mean I know it all as I am well aware there is much more I don't know then do but I have seen a lot of technologies out there and the Asigra platform is amazing and just getting better and better.
Best Regards and hope this helps.
