Glad to have found this site a couple of months back, thought I should formally introduce myself. My name is Nick, currently working an IT Systems Manager managing an infrastructure comprising, virtual and physical servers running bespoke in house LOB applications across a variety of platforms.

I'm looking forward to seeing where this community goes and hoping this forum will be a great opportunity for us to share, learn, etc.

I am a research analyst at a UK based research consultancy (new media partners) with a long standing interest in supporting sustainable growth within the digital media and creative industry sectors. We are really interested in the cloud back up market and your forum has some really helpful and engaging discussions going on. Hi - I'm Andy MacLellan, operations manager for cloud at Onyx Group. I've worked with the Asigra product for over 10 years now at various companies, large and small. This included a comprehensive pilot study for a very large insurance company back in 2001. So I've worked with data backups for quite a long time and still learn something new every day. We provide Asigra to our customers through the OnyxSafe product - run from our own data centres in the UK.
