    Hello Everyone,

I'm Rodd Ahrenstorff, Project Manager with Dakota Backup, an Asigra partner since 2005 delivering our service offering in Rapid City, SD with two geographically disparate data centers. My direct responsibilities include; pre-sales engineering, channel development (technical), product research/evaluation, technical training and tier III support for our partners. I can hopefully be both a resource and pupil while sharing our experiences in this field.

And I would like to thank Asigra for pioneering this community.

    Rodd Ahrenstorff

    Greetings,

My name is Bill Venable, of Document Management Solutions, LLC, in Ohio. We are evaluating a disk-to-disk backup services offering for our customers. We do own a Firelock Vault for media storage and believe D2D backup services have a place in our future. I hope to learn from the 'pioneers' in this industry and I hope to be a contributor to those that follow us someday.
