Reputation Manager

We are currently working to finalize the Reputation Manager.

Your reputation on BackupHeroes.com will be determined by your peers who will be given the ability to rate your posts. If some likes your post on a thread, they can "approve it", adding one point to your total. Conversely, if some one chooses to "disapprove it", you will lose one point.

Your active participation on the forum and the frequency of which you rank the posts of other members, will increase your reputation power. You may earn two points, instead of one when someone ranks your posts positively.

There will be five levels that you will work your way through. We will figure out what those levels will be before moving to the public launch. Once determined, they will be posted in this thread.

Levels recognize use whose contributions make the BackupHeroes.com community what it is. The higher the ranking, the more the user has pitched to show they’re interested in moving the backup and storage industry further through participation and thought leadership. These rankings are intended to be a fun and not necessarily a measure of competence.

1. Super villain (Doesn't have what it takes to be a Backup Hero)
2. Can only hope to attain Hero Status
3. With good behaviour will one day be a hero again
4. Hero in Training
5. Starter Hero
6. Skilled Hero
7. Well Accomplished Hero
8. Expert Hero
9. Hero Virtuoso
10. Super Hero
11. Ultimate Super Hero
12. Absolute Super Hero of Omnipotent Power
